Hi....i hve one spare bedroom for rent in two bedroom house for rent in thomastown..5 mins walk to woolworth, thomastown train station, indian grocery shops, nd market...we r 2 people living in this house me nd my wife aged 28 nd 25.the rent will be 450 per month for single nd $50 extra for bills of gas,electricity,water nd internet... nd 600 for couple.the room is in good condition nd better for student or employee who needs public transport everyday as i mentioned its near to train station...
