The ideal tenant will be working ftime or therebouts, be respectful of my weekend work and long hours, so if you like to get up early and make loud nosies, turn up tv or put music on then this house isn't ideal. I need someone respectful of my long working hours and nightshift. Also not keen on party goers, this house is not one for people coming and going, I keep it very nice and just want the tenant to be not a crazy party goer, I don't mind a few drinks after work, have a friend over here n there but no parties. It is close to the new Tarneit train station so if you work in the city then no problem with trains now :) Ideally, the tenant will be fun, easy going, it is a must the person likes dogs as I have 2 very spoilt whippets that sleep indoors, but have there own lounge and personal space. You will have your own immaculate bathroom & toilet, and laundry is shared. plenty of outdoor privacy and time to sit outside on a sunny day and watch the world go by. Gyms is 5 minutes drive along with shops and parks within walking distance. As for tidy and clean , I need someone who picks up the vaccum and helps with choirs, if you cook, then you can wash dishes and put them away rather than leave them sitting there, this house is immaculate so I am prepared to wait for the right person who will fall in love with the outdoor undercover large area, the spa is not full yet, I do my gym training outside, and love sitting out there chillaxing when I can. so if you work, you cook and clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, know how to vaccum, keep your area clean, buy things as needed such as the simple bin liners when they run low, or dishwashing liquid, buy your own food and although might seem small but in the end I want it to be a fair shared home with someone who honest, who wants to take care of this immaculate home as if it were theirs.
