One bedroom is now available in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cosy townhouse in the center of Sunnybank. The room for rent is a single-bed bedroom with built-in wardrobe. You will be sharing the bathroom/toilet upstairs with another girl and it will be great if you're a non-smoker (you can smoke outside tho). We don't have gender preferences but please be considerate to your housemates after 10 pm and please always keep the public area clean n tidy. Parking space is available both inside and outside of the complex. Bus stop for bus 124 and 155 are located right outside the complex, and it's only less than 2 mins drive and about 15 min walk to Sunnybank Plaza. The weekly rent of $145 includes power, water and unlimited fast ADSL2+ broadband internet. 4 weeks of weekly rental as bond plus 2 weeks of rental payment will be needed when moving in. There are only 2 peeps (1 local uni student with Chinese background + 1 Taiwanese on Working Holiday) live in this townhouse now so you know this place won't be crammed like other places. There's also a pool in the complex so feel free to splash some water during the summer time if you want. The room is available now and please feel free to pop in for inspections.
