House is very clean and tidy. You will be living with 2 mature women + 2 friendly small dogs (italian greyhounds). We have previously been Airbnb hosts, hosting guests from France, Germany, UK, Canada, USA & several Asian countries. We really enjoyed it however as tenants the legal issues around insurance caused us to have to stop. We had lots of positive reviews (I can provide screen shots of these if desired). We are friendly, easy going and social but respect privacy. The lounge has a TV & free-to-air channels with recording facility. Room is fully furnished with: Single bed + bedside unit and lamp. Closet + spacious drawer unit & a mirror. Desk w/2 small drawers & a Chair (+ additional small shelf unit). Shelf unit for small items there's plenty of under bed storage space. Ceiling fan, windows on 3 sides and door on the 4th wall. You will be sharing a bathroom however there is a second toilet. Lovely patio area at the rear of the house with outdoor lounge perfectly located for enjoying winter mornings and summer evenings. Rear of the yard has direct access to a park containing exercise equipment, picnic huts and children's playground. 1.5km to local shops including; Woolworths, Chemist, Banks, Post Office, Barber & Hair dressers, Hotel, Liquor Store and much more. 2km to weekend markets. Old bicycle with brand new tyres available for use (security deposit required - $60) Off street parking available if you have a car. Kitchen has gas cooktop & oven, microwave, toaster, various other appliances. (no dishwasher) Front loading washing machine (no dryer) & clothes line in back yard. You will cook your own meals etc. There are a few simple house rules (clean up after yourself in the kitchen & bathroom) & you only have to clean your own room.
