The apartment is opposite the Belconnen library, and a 3 mins walking distance to the Westfield Mall and the Eastern Valley station which has all the 300 buses running to the ANU, UC and Civic Centre. There is the Belconnen Fresh food market nearby, which allows you to get fresh seafood and vegetables at a ridiculously good price! The fully-furnished room is equipped with a shelf, study table, in-built wardrobe and a king single bed. The rent is 240/week, with unlimited access to the fast ADSL+ Internet as well, bills are included in the rent so you need not pay extra for any electricity/water bills. (*Except during winter season, where you'll be charged an additional 15/week) You will have an entire bathroom to yourself, which is conveniently located just outside your room. The apartment has been rented by me and another flatmate, whom are full-time university students at the ANU. Hence, I will appreciate if you take into consideration the noise level which may affect my housemate as well. The apartment is generally equipped with several home necessities like vacuum cleaner, dryer, induction cooker, pots and pans for you to whip up your meals! You will be able to enjoy the gym facilities, as well as the swimming pool as the apartment has provided. Also, there are 2 car spaces provided at the basement, which you will have the access to the keys.
