There is also a lounge space with couches and TV plus game consoles which will be free for you to use much of the time. The room will be available from the 29th of January, this townhouse is located in Belmont on a modern street in a nice area 5 minutes driving from both Carindale Shopping Centre & Capalaba SC and close to getaway and airport. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex which takes you to the city or 5 min trip to Carindale busway which can connect you to pretty much everywhere including all the major universities. Rent is $180(single) weekly (paid fortnightly) + shared electricity + a bond of $720, owner pays water and unlimited internet. Long-term leaser is preferred, minimum lease period of 6 months.
