The weekly rent is $165 including bills, including unlimited WIFI usage, supply for toilet paper, laundry detergent, and we also clean / maintain the house twice a week. For your convenience, you can use the washing machine and the clothes dryer to dry your washing. The Bond is $330 (2 week's rent). You need to be employed to be able to have this room. Current people who are living in here, different nationalities ( 2 Australian Males, 1 Female Philippine, 1 Srilangkan Male). We do not discriminate who can stay here, as long as you are friendly and pay rent on time, and able to get along with anyone easily, you welcome to stay. You must respect others, because this is a share house. Once you know everyone thing will become fun and comfortable. The house is very comfortable to live in. Everyone here is busy either working or studing. It's only 5 minutes walk from Ginifer station. We want people to feel secure, so we install a security camera, that you can monitor yourself. The entry door uses the keyless entry mechanism, so you will never have to search for the key in the dark. Please note, that smoking only allowed outside the house. No excuse to stand inside the house and blow the smoke out though the window in the cold day / night.
