Price per week does not include furnishings. At this stage all we have is a bed, but can supply other furniture if required. You'll have your own separate fridge and pantry supplied. Gas heating throughout the whole house with air conditioning in the front living room. Main lounge will have air conditioning installed very soon, currently have portable AC in there. Great lounge room area with big Sony 75 inch TV and Dali 7 sound system, awesome for hooking up laptop and gaming or just having a movie night. Pet friendly home, we already have 2 small dogs and 3 cats. Other dogs will be considered, but nothing too large. Free unlimited WiFi included in cost of rent. NBN coming mid march. First room ($200pw) has built in double wardrobe and enough space for queen bed and bedside tables or smaller bed with tall boy. Second room ($185pw) has roller shutter with single wardrobe. Prices are for long stay, short stay charges are happily negotiated.
