The house is fully furnished. The bedroom is on the lower ground floor which means it says cool – a real bonus in the summer heat. The room will be unfurnished to allow you to create your own area of tranqulity! The ideal housemate would be considerate to others, clean & tidy, a non-smoker, likes a laugh and is not scared to help with out with housekeeping.
