The house has air con in the dining/kitchen area & is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, with public transport close by & off-street parking. The room is provided unfurnished. It is carpeted & has a built-in wardrobe & a ceiling fan. A double bed will fit no problems, but a queen bed would be a tight fit with a small amount of space left. You would have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom (it has a bathtub & shower) & toilet except when visitors are here. A real estate tenancy application form needs to be filled out & submitted with required documentation so you can be approved by the real estate & landlord as you would become an approved occupant on my lease (real estate approved sublease). Bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent.
