The townhouse complex has a pool and tennis court. Westfield Carindale 5 minutes drive away, Westfield Garden City 8 minutes drive away. Bus stop directly outside the townhouse complex. There is also a big fruit shop/deli next to the complex, new Aldi just opened about 10 minutes walk away. Sharing with a quiet couple, both work full time and usually out of the house from about 7am-6pm. Looking for a someone who is neat, reliable and responsible, preferably working or studying full time.
