room is above average size, high detailed ceilings. small cupboard in the corner. rooms big enough to fit a queen bed, cupboards, tv, ect. the house itself is old/renovated was just painted and has one shower, two toilets 4 bedrooms which 3 are occupied by me and two other guys (20/27) who are barely home tho. there a lounge room a renovated kitchen, a washing machine, clothes line, big shed, decent sized backyard, there is no dining room but we have a enclosed veranda which we usually use as a dining area. the house is located on the highway which means parking out the front of the house on the highway if the driveway is taken. also right near green hills shopping center and Victoria street train station. the rent includes all bills (electricity, water, internet) welcome to come have a look :)
