It's located behind the Post Office with entrance to main street of Earlwood, where a bus is right outside the door and takes you to the city. There's also Bardwell Park station that's a 10-12 minute walk away. Coles is a 5-minute walk away, with cafes, some beautiful souvlaki restaurants, pharmacies, medical centre and more. Water, electricity/gas and Internet are included. Prefer someone who is reasonably clean and tidy and non smoker. I'm friendly, with a easy going environment.
