About Me:
Myself and my partner are both pretty chilled out people, we try to keep the house relatively tidy. My partner Maddie goes to Uni in Brisbane, and is part time Fire Rescue. I'm a Sound Engineering student studying in Byron Bay. We both ride mountain bikes so we are often away over weekends etc. Most you will hear is a bit of guitar playing every now and then! :)

About Room:
1 Bedroom for rent in Goonellabah with amazing views of the valley. It is a modern home with airconditioning within a quiet col-de-sac. House is a short drive to the shops, Southern Cross University and Lismore Square. Nice area, nice, elderly neighbours. The room is decent in size with a built in wardrobe, unfortunately we don't really have any spare furniture to furnish a bedroom. The house has a fairly big backyard and a decent sized deck with amazing views of the valley. The house is decent sized and would suit another couple. We're looking for people who are responsible, clean and tidy and respectful. Myself and my partner are both pretty chilled out people, we try to keep the house relatively tidy so someone with similar ideals would be great. I'm studying at uni up in Brisbane and work as a retained firefighter and my partner is studying at uni in Brisbane. I have a 3 year old Staffy x Kelpie and will need someone who is confident with dogs as he can be a little nervous the first time meeting someone (give him food and you'll be friends for life). The $195 covers rent and the use of an extra bar fridge, aircon and electricity. Bond is $650 upfront. If interested please contact me on (Maddie) 0468 315 372 or (Tom) 0422 355 930 . Cheers
